Evolution Scan #5- Rotation Overworld

          This Evolution Scan will be on Hune Marquard.  Hey, does anybody notice a difference?   Well of coarse you do......  I understand the small changes to the certain features on the cards they have to make, BUT THIS IS JUST CRAZYYYYY!!!!    Marquard went from being bug-like to being a bird. While this does suit him better for being an overworlder,  Im still baffeled by this metamorphasis.  I have some ideas that ease my mind about how this could happen.  Even if its not true, I like to think of it, just so it can make sense.  My first hypothoesis is that him being a scholar on danians and their mugic is that he accidentally cast a mugic on himself and took that form.  Another one of my hypothoesis is that he was infected by a different breed of danian parasite and it had taken his form not his mind.  My last one is just a funny, THE M'ARRILLIANS FEARED HIM SO MUCH, BEING SO BUGGY THAT THEY BRAINWASHED HIM AND GLUED SOME FEATHERS UPON HIM!!!!! Haha : P

       Ok now to get back to the Evolution Scan.  Both the Original and Brainwashed have no elements but yet both have have two mugics.  So in the end this will come down to their Effects, Art, and FT(Flavor Text).  Since Ive already talked a little about their art, this will be quick, I choose brainwashed just because he looks more overworldy, being a bird.  While Brainwashed Scholar in the title does give a small description on what has happened to him, the original has the more descriptive flavor text, so point goes to him.  Last but not in all the least is the effect.  Brainwashed Scholar wins the effect challange just because with the Original you would have to know that your were faceing a danian player, while Brainwashed could go with a danian or m'arrillian team.

Fire And Water

Since I just had a post on the Elemental Servants Im just going to post up their battlegear, cant wait for Nom's, and Silv's if they make 'em

Servants of the Elemental Emperors'

As I said I will talk about the servants of Elemental Emperors. The servants fall into a predicular pattern. Each one has the element of their master and the ability to give that element to whomever they choose. They all share the capacity of two mugics. They each form an allegiance with the tribe that their element is best suited with. So we will begin, I will talk about the art and FT; Yall comment with yalls own ideas and well figure out the story together and have fun along the way.

SEERYN: SERVANT OF FIRE

Ok I would like to begin with Seeryn. They packed a lot of stuff into his artwork. I guesse they wanted to make a statement about him. To start off is his fierry battlegear, I'll just post next on their battlegear just to show them. Now also is just me or are there Underworlders in the background that look like they want to attack him. Well then lets move onto his physical form, he looks like he has four arms, a fierry tail, wings and a crown. Now to my favorite part of this card is Seeryn's pet. In his lower left corner is this magmon looking dog. This is peculiar considering underworlders usually work alone, I guesse being new, he didnt read the underworlder handbook lol. I would love for them to make MagDog(LavaPup) a card himself ( Yes I know I hope they wouldnt really name him that). This guy would not be the guy to mess with because if he like destructive mugic he prob, just likes destruction as well.

NOM: SERVANT OF EARTH

This guy just looks like he was thrown together. His emperor must be kind of lazy. I guesse he decideded to throw a limb here a boulder here valah hes done. Just like Seeryn, he has four arms. But his arms are each unique. His eyes glow a greenish blue. He does have a danian-like form. But I wonder if he had that before or did he choose that form. But according to his text I wonder if he even has a emperor or if he serves the Tree of Life. Who knows? I guesse well wait for the story to unfold.

SILV: SERVANT OF AIR

One of two elemental servants that are female. She is entirely made of wind. She has four arms that are carrying four mysterious objects, the one on the right looks like a cube, I cant make out the other ones. She has two legs that just converge into a rush of air. Her personality is strong but gentle according to her FT. She looks like she spends more time with the muges than the warriors.

UNDA: SERVANT OF WATER

Looks like her body is made of water and coral. But I think this like the others is just a form. As she gets out of the water she becomes more solid. Like her hair, its begining to look more and more like a creatures hair. I would also like to point out that she is the only one out of the four, that does not have four arms. In the background you can see two towers, and in the lower left if I can guesse right those are Danians ( could be Khrall but I dont think so).

Perims Lands # 1, 2, 3, & 4

Ok so i havent been able to do a Perim's Lands post yet, so to catch up on the ones ive missed im going to start out with four this time.

To start it off the location will be Elmantiir. An Elementalist gets a good boost here, especially with an Elemental Pauldron. Now to talk about the flavor text and art. Its more like an event than a location. If you read the FT it says as the Elmantiir manifested, also if you look at the art could Intress be standing in Gloomuck Swamp. Ill talk more about the Elemental Emperors and their servants in my next post.

Within this new chaotic set are many old and ancient locations. One of these locations is The Storms. It seems that its an ancient Mipedian related location. In the artwork the statues are like Mipedians with wings, now this is pretty cool. Though this could be refering to how mipedians have the control of the air attribute. The effect of this location gives air to everyone. Tiaane says on this card that he doesnt even know who carved them. Which makes since considering it would take a totally different mipedian tribe to live in that kind of cold with the snow. I tried to magnify the picture but it became to pixelie, but as far as i can tell the two creatures in it are Tangath Toborn, and H'earring.

I guesse Dranakis Threshold is a controllable way to visit the past or future. Opposed to the Kearboc Mountain on the chaotic episode- Time's Up. Here all creatures become Past creatures, and they lose the difference in their tribes and become tribeless. I wonder if they'll have "future creatures" later on that will be tribeless because they will learn to settle their differences. Haha Dont know just throwing something out there.

Does anyone recognize this location? Of coarse this is the first scan that Tom gets from a CodeMaster. Only with the help of the Caretaker Garv was this sick location cured. This is why the effect states that only Caretakers have the upperhand here. This kind of specialization could make subtypes like the Caretakers and others play a more important type of role within the Chaotic game.

Composters

Since Ive had a post on the Warbeasts, I thought I would share on the danian composters. Now for those who dont know what a composter is, its a creature that even in the discard pile will activate a usefull effect to boost your creatures, or give you a controlling aspect to the game. Now I may not have all of them but just comment if you notice one that should be there. The danian composters have given them a unique place within the Chaotic world. While most tribes weaken with creatures in there discard pile danians can become stronger. So whether compost or hive their strength will push beyond their limits.

--------------------------------------------------------

Before we even knew what a composter was, this card was created. I call him the original composter. Khritlaan uses mandiblores to their max. He even uses the other mandiblor composters so that your stratagies never fail. He has two mugics and an element this guy can always be usefull. Not to mention his awesome flavor text and art.

Not only is he a danian composter but his also a mandiblor. His compost ability is usefull for any danian player, danians thrive off of hive so to have controll over when you need it is amazing. He has earth and one mugic. He would work well with Khritlaan

Ivelaan is a composter that increases all your disciplines. Which works well considering all the m'arrillians out there. He's a mandiblor that has water and two mugics. But of all this, its his art and flavor text that interests me. I wonder what kind of technology he's fixing to pick up. The flavor text suggests that the future for danians will only get better. The art shows that whatever it is old or that it has been through a lot, because it has dings and cuts all over it, and i cant tell if thats a vine or tendrill or what that is on it or in it, if yall have any ideas just leave a comment.

Orbaat has an interesting compost ability. Do you prefer certain cards in you location deck, or need one at a specific time? Well Orbatt gives you that choice. Now if only they would make that for your opponents location. Like his other danian composters he has water and two mugics.

Though usefull, Elhadd is not my favorite composter. Then again im not one for stat. decks. He would work well with Ivelaan. If im not mistaken in the artwork, he has a shard in the EverRain location, with a underworlder in the background. But back to the card he has the earth element but he doesnt have any mugics so Ill let yall make the decision.

Makanaz is a very usefull danian, he has earth and fire. Now for his ability he can give you mandiblors 15 energy. Very usefull to strengthen the weak or give stamina to the strong.

--------------------------------------------------------------

These last three are not composters but either share a close to compost ability or would have a benifit to a compost creature.

--------------------------------------------------------------

While Lore High Muge may not be a composter he makes his mugics workable even in the discard pile. He has earth and two mugics.

While Balaan does have an effect when hes first discarded, its not a continous compost ability so I did not include him with them. But he can activate hive and infect a creature.

Mhein would definety benifit from the composters. First he would get their abilities. And then get 5 energy for all the creatures in the discard piles. Plus he is a mandiblor and has three elements, so he would work well with the original Nimmei

Evolution Scan #4- Rotation Danian

Nimmei is an amazing Danian, but im already going to tell you this is going be a DEvolution. Because of how awesome the original Nimmei was created, it would take an amazing evolution scan to top him. But lets get started, the original Nimmei has Earth, Air, and Water. This alone makes him a fierce opponent, especially with a mugic, considering the most powerfull danians have at least one of those elements it makes him a good teamplayer too. Now to get to his effect, he gains energy and a increase to all disciplines for each mandiblor when hive is active!!!!! He is loyal but not unique so you can have two scans of him, on the field. Now to Expedition Overseer i will make it short, he has no mugics, your deck may not fit to your opponents elements, and his artwork makes him look so old, if you look on original Nimmei his flavor text gives him props for being so young and experienced ????? But to finish he still is a great card and gains element 5 for the element copied.

Judgement: DEvolution

Vlar: and His Battle Gear

For being a creature who steals battle gear he sure does have some named after him. Its Interesting, wonder what the future ( or Past) will hold.....

Evolution Scan #3- Rotation Mipedian

Ahhh...... Evolution scan#3 is from my favorite tribe, I have chosen Headmaster Ankhyja. I will have a hard time judging this card. Headmaster Ankhyja started off as a powerfull strike mipedian, so it will be hard to top him. Ok to start off we will talk about his strike 15, around the time he was created, strike fifteen was the second highest invisibility strike damage you could do. Heading onto his second ability as long as he is on the field, invisibility can not be disabled. Third ability will give/add your team invisibility strike 10 to anyone who loses the initiative, this giving him a good offensive and support ability. He may not have a mugic but he does have earth and air. Now Seeker of the Art, is a better support character but loses the tank sort ability. He still doesnt have a mugic but his ability protects your Air creatures from your opponents abilities and mugics. This making him no matter what his scan is a most amazing creature.

Judment: DEvolution ....... This is only because he lost so much in becoming a support creature

Evolution Scan #2- Rotation Underworld

My second Evolution scan will be of Magmon. A creature that originates and thrives from the Lava pond. Magmon and the Lava Pond was a favorite combo of my brother and many players when Chaotic had first began. Lets start off with the original Magmon, he maybe a little reckless but he makes up for it with fire 5. He becomes even greater with a Lava Pond, Whepcrack or Viledriver. Magmon, Retalliator is a little more focused for revenge against or for the M'arrillians with the ability to damage them 5 or damage other tribes 5, but still retains his recklessness. While brainwashed he did gain earth, and lose a mugician. Now for my favorite of the three. Magmon, Engulfed has been made into more of a support creature. He seems to recreate his original abilities and give them to everyone else with fire. He is no longer is brainwashed and doesnt have his Earth Element. Underworlders are not a tribe that I use much but Magmon is definitely a cool creature to use and collect.

Judgement= Improvements

Evolution Scan #1 - Rotation Overworld

Ok, I will now start a post that I have named Evolution Scan. Evolution scan will compare a creature that has evolved through chaotic, and has two or more scans. I will alternate a rotation, of Overworld, Underworld, Mipedians, and then to Danians. With Rare times I will interupt this cycle to throw in a M'arrillian or Tribeless creature.

For my first Evolution Scan we will review Donmar. I feel that this should have been the first Donmar, He may have lost a mugic but in return he gained the water element. He has an ability that is closely related to his first one, but almost an unlimited uses. I prefer Tablet Translator's art and flavor text compared to the original Donmars. I would also like to point out that he is one of two of the Tablet Translators, the other one being Tharc.

Dwelve into the Story #1

Ok so i will start my first investigation and spectulation of the artwork and flavor text of some the pastcards

Do these Cards remind you of anyone. To me, could they be the ancestors of the great leaders of the over and underworld. While I have no amazing proof that Vlar is related to Maxxor, he does share a resemblance to him, not only that but his elements are fire and earth, the same as Maxxor. Now if you nottice his clothes they have an underworlder color. And his ability is like a thief. Could it be Vlar once lived in the Underworld, he is a scout maybe he was scouting the overworld and befriended them. This is all speculation, but hey it could be.

Now to share Kiru's Story, Kiru is an Underworlder, not only is he a Underworlder but hes an Underworld Conqueror, related to Chaor. Though this was not always the case, according to the flavor text on Kiru Village, he was originally a Overworlder. Now how is it a great over worlder, came to live under ground. If you look too the background of Kiru's artwork you will notice a creature. That creature resembles another past conqueror creature Kaal. Seeing that their paths cross, could it be that Kaal is forcing Kiru or convince him to join the underworlders.

WarBeasts

Some of chaotic's mightiest creatures are warbeasts

A brief description of warbeasts would consist of mighty creatures that rely on conjures to keep them alive and well. So far there are no warbeasts to have a mugician to there name, and they all contain a self destructing ability, such as recklessness, sacrificing a creature, or even weakening the energy of your other creatures. While you may have to lose something to use these mighty creatures , their power is very benificial. Like the saying of a popular show goes you cannot gain something great without sacrificeing something of equal value in return.

Blazvatan, The Epic Warbeast

Epic is right, even as chaotic’s metagame evolves Blazvatan is still a contender. Two elements, both having element 5, plus amazing stats who wouldn’t want that. Now keeping Conjurers on the field, that’s a different story.

R= 8.5 Gotta Leave room for improvement

Ere

Do you need to reach your opponent’s back rows? Well Ere is your snake…. Low reckless, range and swift 4, no ones is kept from his reach. Not to mention his amazing speed and air element.

R= 6.5

Gaffat-Ra

The defender of the conjurors, and the protector of royalty. While he may not be all powerful he deserves a pat on the back (well you can do it, I AINT GETTING CLOSE haha). Whether you have a Strike deck or a Warbeast deck, he would be a great addition. He has not the best stats but he does have an element and low reckless.

R= 7.0

Gintanai, The Forgotten

One of the first Warbeast to not be reckless. Now to say if that as a good thing or not I have not decided. He’s like a Blazvatan on steroids but he likes to eat your team’s creatures after a workout. Air with Earth plus element 10 on both, and amazing stats, for being The Forgotten you know you wont be forgetting him. Makes you ask the question, do you want to coat your creatures with ketchup or barbecue sauce, lol.

R= 7.5

Glost

Glost, the vengefull Warbeast as I like to call him. As other Warbeast weaken with a conjuror’s destruction he gains strength. Not to mention don’t you love him being a wolf. Now maybe you would like to paire him up with Gintanai, who knows, guess its your preference. Personally Glost is my favorite.

R= 8.5

Ixxik

The Warbeast standing in the flesh. Being as hes not constructed of energy he has no reckless. But that none the less doesn’t keep him from intimidating 10 energy from his fellow comrades. And I would like to point out he is one of two Warbeast that are not Loyal to the mipedians. He has good stats and two elements, not bad for a angry dino.

R= 7 .0

Kileron, Warbeast of the Dust Storm

For being the Warbeast of the Dust Storm, his ability can sure give you a clean slate. His ability does not team him up well with glost, so keep these to away from each other. Just as many of the other Warbeast have mastered earth and air so has Kileron. Now his downside is that his recklessness is as high as Blazvatans. I still love the artwork they did a great job, even though I don’t use him as much Kileron is still a collection favorite of mine.

R= 7.5

Khorror

This guy even scares me, and his recklessness even more. If yall hadn’t noticed he even has Horror in his name, see I told you scary. Now to get down to business, while he doesn’t use elements his energy, courage, power, and speed are off the charts. But while this is true, im not sure that the trade for so many conjurors is worth to have him around. He has the highest recklessness of all the Warbeasts.
He has a great weakness within his strength to say the least.

R= 6.5 Hope people agree

Nenren

Nenren, The Thunder Chicken, as I see from KaoticKazam from the Mipedian Guardhouse post. Now while many have called him a chicken, Id like to see him as more of an owl. Now whether a chicken or an owl, one thing I can definitely say he isnt is pushover. With around about 70 energy, high speed, range, swift one and the air element. Now people can add another reason to fear lighting.

R= 7.0

Titanix

I don’t have much to say about Titanix. He has ok stats, no elements, and recklessness 20. His Intimidation is his best weapon, while the future may find him some support cards, as of the present time I consider him one of the weaker warbeasts.

R= 5.5

Uboraan

At the time of his creation, water and fire were not assured to always be apart of the battle. But with water being a force in Danian, OW, and Marrillians, his luck as greatly increased. His reckless is quite low and his does use earth and air. Though not as strong as some, he can still contend with some of the weaker creatures.

R= 6.5

First Post

On Chaotic I share a profile with my brother, we go by screen name GaurdianLowe. My brother likes the Underworlders, while i like Danians, Overworlders, and I favor the Mipedians. So since these are my first posts, and I love mipedians, I would like to overview all the known warbeasts.

So since thats going to be done i would like to tell you what this blog well be about. Since this is Perim's Lands im going to try and focus on a location once a week at least. But ill review creatures, locations, and battlegear, i will not review attacks or mugics ( unless I just cant help myself). Well also talk about flavor text and artwork and what we think is the story and lore behind it. Well i hope you enjoy and if you need to know anything or have a topic you would like for all of us to discuss, please leave a comment, thank you and Lets Get Chaotic!!!

Oh and I must add.... I am not affiliated with the makers of Chaotic, Im just a guy that loves the game and loves to play, analyze the cards and the possible future of the game
